The 2025 Southern Western Section Meeting will take place in Arlington, TX at the Sheraton Arlington Hotel. Cancelation Policy: To be eligible for a 90% refund of meeting registration fees, requests must be received in writing before February 14, 2025. No refunds will be issued on ticketed events and no ticketed events will be available for onsite purchase.
